Shamokin Halloween Parade Festivities

Just a friendly reminder that the library will be closing at 5 PM today prior to the start of the Shamokin Halloween Parade. Before and during the parade, folks from the library will be out front handing out goodie bags until we run out! 🍭👻🎃
