We love to visit our friends in the community! We went to Tiny Tech at the Northumberland County Vo-Tech School. We had a fun time with songs and movement with sticks and scarves and our parachute. We read the book, “Apple Trouble,” by Ragnhild Scamell. All about a little hedgehog who had some trouble with an apple stuck in her spines. We topped off the morning making our own hedgehogs.

AUGUST! We are holding onto Summer as long as we can…

Something new this month, On Tuesday, August 12, we will be having our first “Night-time Storytime and Movement.” We are so excited to offer this new program! Also, sure to sign up for our Kid’s Craft which will be held on August 16.

Our program is into it’s second week and we welcome a favorite, “Ryan the Bug Man.”!

June brings back some fun traditions! We have our Fairy Garden Activity on June 18 for kids ages 3-12. Sign up quickly because space is limited. There is a Children’s Father’s Day craft on June 14 and there is no sign up required. For adults, we are having our Cookbook Book Club two times this month, June 2 and 30. This is a perfect time to join with the themes of Appetizers and Picnic foods. PINOCHLE is back on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays in June. Check out all the other happenings and make sure to grab a book or two for some summer reading!
