**REMINDER** This coming Tuesday (11/22) at 6 PM the Bloomsburg Children’s Museum will be visiting our library once again! This month’s class is designed to make coding easy to learn. During this class, students will learn the basics of coding using Edison Robots. Edison robotics kits are a fun and creative way for students to use their imaginations and problem-solving skills while having fun and learning how to program.

While we’ve still got a little ways to go yet, your local library officially began its annual Christmas season transformation this week!

We hope everyone had a wonderful time at LEGO Club this evening. Since the next time we would be together falls on Thanksgiving and the library is closed, we’ll see you all again for building and creating with LEGOs on December 8th & 22nd at 6 PM!

Join us at Shamokin-Coal Township Public Library tomorrow evening (11/10) at 6 PM for LEGO Club. As the library supplies an ample amount of LEGOs for everyone to create with, all you need to bring is your imagination!

Here are some of our young readers’ scarecrows that can be seen hanging in the library’s front windows along with a festive display case and a new bulletin board created by staff for the Thanksgiving season!

Join us at the library for our next adult crafting session to be held Tuesday, November 15th at 5 PM. We will be making snowman salt shakers as well as charming snowman gift wrappers in which gift cards or even candy bars can be placed. Sign up soon as space is limited! A $5 donation is required at sign up for this winter themed crafting event. Registration can be done either at the library or by calling 570-648-3202.
